ABOUT

The Fourth Annual 2022 ERNN Regional Workshops are designed to provide information to district bargaining team members about the way contractual language impacts every facet of negotiations. The workshops are one-day events that will be repeated at three locations across the state and districts are encouraged to bring their entire bargaining team to this valuable training.

The goal of this workshop is that each participant will understand the importance of language and learn helpful language techniques to assist them in leading their districts in negotiations. Along with general information about contract language, the workshop will focus on salary negotiations, SEBB, Student Discipline/Employee Safety, Paraeducator Training/Certification, and more. 

Please bring a copy of your district's collective bargaining agreements to your ERNN regional workshop! Having your current district agreements on hand will provide context and relevant information when discussing potential issues that may arise during your next round of bargaining.
The in-person sessions are a one-time opportunity and will not be recorded.

REGISTRATION

Please complete the online form via one of the "Register" buttons below to reserve your place, based on ERNN membership. When your reservation is received, we will process your registration, invoice the contact provided in the online form, and register you for the in-person sessions.

Rates
ERNN District Members $150


Non-members $195 per person

Registration includes 5 WA State Approved Clock Hours. This is a one-day event registration. 

COVID PROTOCOL

The health and safety of everyone at our conference is of paramount importance to us. We are making vaccination a requirement for all conference attendees (with allowance for health and religious exemptions).

Vaccination and Health Attestations
We will ask everyone to complete a brief vaccination and health attestation daily before entering the meeting space.

Masks
Masking indoors is required.

Proximity to Others
Depending on the location of your event, we will be located in open rooms with 2 to 3 people per 6 foot table. 

Any updates to COVID protocols will be shared prior to the conference. 

CANCELLATIONS

A $75 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. No refunds after March 7. No Show = No Refund.
