The Aspiring Superintendents Academy is designed for experienced district leaders, building leaders, and teacher leaders who are considering or actively pursuing a superintendency.
This statewide professional learning experience is a collaboration between the Washington Association of School Administrators (WASA) and the Association of Educational Service Districts (AESD), with support from The School Superintendent Association (AASA). The academy provides an overview of the superintendent's role, combining practical guidance, expert insights, and real-world preparation to help participants confidently take the next step in their leadership journey.

COMMITMENT

REGISTRATION
Registration fee of $1,995 per person includes ten (10) two-and-one-half hour Zoom sessions and 25 Washington State Approved Clock Hours (based on actual participation).

A $100 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. No refund for cancellations received after August 15.
Please Note: We are excited to offer this academy and look forward to supporting your leadership journey. To ensure a meaningful and collaborative experience, a minimum number of participants is needed. If enrollment is too low, we may need to cancel the academy; however, we will notify registered participants in advance.
