Employee Relations Negotiations Network (ERNN) Workshop

The Employee Relations Negotiation Network meets annually to engage, enlighten and share current political and economic issues impacting local school district collective bargaining. This two day event provides information to support the process of dealing with local bargaining strategies with an eye to the future. Sessions are lead by sitting human resource directors, fiscal directors and independent agents who deal with these issues every day. Your participation will strengthen you perspectives on the what and how of current bargaining. The workshop is usually held in January or early February each year.
