SIRS Legislative Handbook
The SIRS Legislative Handbook is an annual guide to the Washington
State Legislature. It provides school administrators and professional
associations with information about our state government. The
Handbook is an excellent addition for social studies classrooms, school
district libraries, public libraries, associations, and businesses.
Whether you are an administrator, teacher, student, legislator,
community activist, or lobbyist, you will find the SIRS Legislative
Handbook a valuable tool for participating effectively in the
legislative process.
SIRS member school district superintendents and
association CEOs have access to the Handbook and can distribute
it electronically to staff. Contact your superintendent or executive
director for access.
Non SIRS members can purchase the SIRS Legislative
Handbook by contacting Eve Johnson at 360-489-3643 or ejohnson@wasa-oly.org.
