KAPP/KVEW TV Productions and Prosser Superintendent Ray Tolcacher worked together to create the latest School Scene Magazine, in which they focus on Levy Equalization, and its effect on Local School Districts. The three-part video series features Kevin Chase, superintendent of Grandview SD, Rick Cole, superintendent of Sunnyside SD, and Elaine Beraza, superintendent of the Yakima SD, each explaining the impact levy equalization funds have in their districts and communities.
